Eagle Rock recreation center, designed by Richard Neutra in the International Style in 1953 and was designated a cultural historical monument #536 in 1991 by the City of Los Angeles. This interesting building was restored within the last few years and offers uses as an outdoor theater where the free summer concerts are held, a gymnasium inside, park offices and restrooms, and a continuing delight for midcentury architecture enthusiasts.
